Q: What license size do I need to buy?
A: Employee
Activity Monitor license size is based on the number of
computers you are going to monitor, i.e. the number
of computers where you install Agent in your
organization. You will not be able to monitor more
computers than the license size you purchase.
Q: What happens after I purchase Employee
Activity Monitor?
A: After you pay you will instantly receive your
registration code. Delivery is performed via email.
Q: Is there any hidden fees?
A: There is only one flat fee that you pay once and
own the license for the product forever. There is no
need to pay for subscription, tech support, etc.
Q: Do I get technical support with my
purchase?
As a registered user you get high priority product

Employee Activity Monitor is one of the most successful applications. It is an application for real- time monitoring and managing remote network computers, such as take snapshots of the remote computers, record mail sent and received history, record FTP download and upload history, view software using record in real time, manage files remotely, upload files from remote computers or download files to remote computers, manage corporation computer capital (hardware and software), record the alteration of hardware and software, monitor and control web sites visiting (filtrate URL and keywords), view all running processes and kill any of them, view network protocol and port of running processes, customize process running rule, customize process network accessing rule, view network flow, customize network accessing rule between temporarily computers and corporation computers, customize network accessing rule between two departments, backup important file (files) to server computer .
Q: Does your company read our computer
activity logs? What about privacy?
A: No. All captured logs are saved in database file
on your computer. "Employee Activity Monitor " won't send
anything to us. Please refer to our privacy policy for additional details.
Q: Computer in the Remote Agents list shows
up as Offline, but actually it is turned on
A: First make sure that you installed Agent on the
remote computer. Then check if Employee Activity
Monitor and
Agent are not blocked by the firewalls.If send a
command to the agent and it returns available data,
please make sure if there are more than one Employee
Activity Monitor Server in network or the Employee
Activity Monitor
Server IP address has been changed, if yes, click
menu item Agent Manage -> Reset Server IP, a dialog
will appears, enter local IP address and click 'OK'
button.
Q: Anti-spyware or Antivirus software
prevents me from installing Employee Activity
Monitor, Agent.
Or it disables my monitoring software
A: If you are knowingly installing Employee Activity
Monitor,
Employee Activity Monitor Agent software on and you own this
computer or have owner's authorization, you may
easily disable warnings in AntiSpyware. So monitored
users will not be able to detect presence of
monitoring software.
Q: How can I install Agent on the remote
computer?
A: Here are the steps you need to make to install
Agent remotely.It works only for Windows
NT/2000/XP/2003 computers. Start Employee Activity
Monitor,
click to select an agent in agent list, click menu
item Agent Manage -> Agent Manage -> Install Agent
Remotely, Remote installation window will appear
now. Enter user name and password of the selected
remote computer, the user must be a member of
administrators group of the remote computer, then
click 'OK' button to setup agent to remote computer.
Click Menu Item Agent Manage -> Agent Manage -> View
Install Progress to check result of the
installation.
Q: I tried to reinstall Employee Activity
Monitor
Agent, but I cannot do it because of sharing
violation error messages.
A: It means that Employee Activity Monitor Agent is running
now. Try to uninstall it first, restart computer and
then run installation again.
Q: How to uninstall Agent from the remote
computer?
A: In the full version you may uninstall Agent
remotely. Click to select the computer in Agents
list in Employee Activity Monitor. Then click menu item Agent
Manage -> Uninstall Agent. Agent will be uninstalled
from the selected remote computer silently.
Q: What network protocols does Employee
Activity Monitor use?
A: It uses TCP/IP. Employee Activity Monitor Manage program
uses IP port 4821(TCP). Employee Activity Monitor Service
program uses IP port 4820(TCP), Agent program uses
ports 4800(TCP) 4801(TCP) and 4802(TCP). They should
be free to work properly. If you have firewall
installed, you need to enable communications through
these ports for Employee Activity Monitor.
